Fade Evare are a three-piece Melbourne Trip Wave band creating uplifting, cinematic music that transports listeners to faraway places.
The group is led by 23-year-old front-woman Mira Holleman, whose evocative vocals—often harmonised with her brother Tori Holleman—take centre stage. Their voices float over bold, bass-heavy arrangements and hypnotic beats with Madeleine Magee Carr adding a dreamy dimension on synth. Emerging late 2024 year with the inconspicuous release of their single Yamaha Dreaming Fade Evare have quickly cemented themselves as veritable tastemaker favourites.
Their debut album, WELCOME BACK, released through Astral People Recordings, offers a poetic glimpse through Mira's eyes, reflecting the journey of youth, self-discovery, and emotional growth that has captivated both their local community and audiences abroad nabbing PBS feature album, 2SER feature album and coverage in The New York Times, BBC radio, NTS radio, Triple R, FBI Radio, The Age, Rolling Stone.
The live show sees the band transform into a floor filling electronic act flowing seamlessly between bold, bass line-driven grooves to intimate, atmospheric ballads. Utilising custom software to sync lighting fixtures with their analog synths and drum machines Fade Evare create a captivating multi-sensory experience for the audience. Their DIY debut gig, an in-store held earlier this year at Jungles Jungles saw them shut down the surrounding streets and interrupt the flow of local traffic, followed by a Mount Kimbie support for Rising Festival, a flurry of live to air radio performances and a sold out hometown album launch. 2026 has seen them continue on this path, putting on intimate, bespoke headline shows and embarking on a nationwide tour with Telenova.
Fade Evare are poised to carve their place in the world of experimental pop and electronic music, crafting soundscapes that blur the lines between reality and dream, and pulling listeners into a world of emotional depth and electric energy.
